Rates are per room per night and all taxes are inclusive. Staff gratuities, however, are at each guest’s discretion and may be offered at the close of their stay.

Deposit / Pre Payment

Your reservation is guaranteed by a one night deposit and credit card details are required.

For Peak Season bookings from 20 December – 6 January, a full balance amount will be charged on your credit card 45 days prior to arrival.

In the event that we give a refund, the amount refunded will be minus any charges incurred by Maison Polanka to process the deposit or the refund. The guest is liable for all cancellation fees arising from bank charges or any other charge required to refund any money paid to Maison Polanka.

Cancellation / No Show Policy

Notice of cancellation must be received 15 days prior to arrival date for the rooms and 30 days prior to the arrival for the Estate.

In the event of a cancellation within 14 days prior to the arrival, a 1 night charge will be applied.  In the event of any no-show or late cancellation within 7 days of arrival, the charge of your entire scheduled stay will be applied.

For Peak Season bookings from 20 December – 6 January, a notice of cancellation must be received 60 days prior to arrival. In the event of any no-show or cancellation less than 45 days prior to arrival, the charge of your entire scheduled stay will be applied. 

Legal Authority

You warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into the contract constituted by your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. You further warrant that you will be financially responsible for all reservations made by you or on your account for you, whether authorized by you or not. For any reservations or other services for which fees may be charged, you agree to abide by the terms or conditions of supply including without limitation payment of all moneys due under such terms or conditions.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us and we respect your personal information, i.e. the data obtained from you in connection with your booking and room deposit will be held in absolute confidence. We may use your personal information in the following ways in order to provide you with a first class service:                      

  1. To process and confirm your room reservation requests and special services required during your stay;
  2. To contact you regarding your enquiries;
  3. For identification and verification purposes;
  4. For our own reference and record or
  5. When required or authorized by or under law to disclose the information. We will not knowingly or intentionally use or share your personal information with third parties in ways unrelated to the purposes aforementioned. 

Hotel regulations

The hotel does not accept any form of illicit activities on its premises. Drugs and other harmful substances are prohibited as Cambodian law, and are not permitted on the property.                                                

Rooms are non-smoking. The smoker will be held responsible by our insurance in case of fire. A fine of one night fare will be charged if smoking inside the room to allow full cleanup of the room.    

Outside guests are not allowed to stay on the premises after midnight. Food and beverages brought from outside are not allowed in the common areas.

A deposit might be required upon check in to cover any deterioration to the property assets and fixings.
