We care for our environment and will use glass bottles refilled with filtered water in your refrigerator and for your private tours, energy safe lamps and recyclable plastic bags. Our tap water is filtered and is drinkable.
All the suites are non-smoking.
Rooms are serviced twice a day, in the morning and before the night. Our housekeeping team, lead by Tuyla, will ensure you daily comfort.
A room service cocktail, wine and drinks menu is available in the rooms.
Laundry and complimentary ironing services are available, while dry cleaning will be sent to the Raffles hotel. An iron and ironing board are available on demand.
Hair dryer and slippers are available in the bathroom.
A rattan basket with a sarong is prepared in your room if you want to use it for the pool.
Straw hats are available on the pool chairs.

Cold water bottles are stored in your refrigerator.

A universal adapter is supplied in the room, as well as a torch.

Throughout your stay, we will provide you with a personal, local mobile phone, allowing you to contact us, the restaurant and you driver whenever needed.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the resort, in the suites, the pool deck and the restaurant.
More Services in the Sala
Each afternoon we host a complimentary teatime with homemade cakes, snacks and iced or hot teas. The Phnom Penh Post, the local English language daily, arrives everyday around 10am at the Sala. Many books about Angkor and novels are dispatched in the libraries.
Games, playing cards and volleyball, football and basketball are also available.

We can assist you with your tours of the magnificent, jungle-covered temple ruins and give you our insiders’tips to avoid the crowds and experience more of the Cambodian culture at Angkor Wat. Reservation of guides and transportation should be done in advance during the high season (October to March) but itineraries can be adjusted day by day. You should always feel free and on holidays!
Your Reservations for the Circus
We recommend that you book that very special evening with the Phare Ponleu Selpak circus show during your stay. The shows sell out quickly so tickets should be booked in advance.
A few notable highlights were: the relaxing and lush setting surrounding the pool and lounge area, the memorable and delicious meals (probably some of, if not the best dishes we had during our stay in Cambodia), and the massage staff that were available daily to ensure that were were in complete vacation mode. Also, the vintage Japanese bicycles that are available for taking our into town were a great way to see the area.
