Credit card details are essential to secure your reservation. Payment conditions vary depending on the accommodation type and reservation date. When reserving the Yellow or Green rooms, the Maison Family suite, the Khmer house and/or the Garden Cottage, the full amount will be debited before the check-in date. The timing of the charge will vary depending on the dates of your stay, as follows:
When reserving the Maison or the entire Estate, a 30% deposit of the total cost of your stay will be invoiced upon making a reservation. This deposit payment is due 15 days after the invoice is received. Please note the deposit is non-refundable.

Guests are liable for cancellation fees arising from bank charges, or any other charge.
The standard check-in time is 2:00 pm. However, early check-in (and late check-out) options are available, subject to availability.
You can request an early check-in (10:00 am to 2:00 pm) for no additional charge.
If you wish to check in before 10:00 am, an additional 50% of the cost of your first night will be required.
The standard check-out time is 12:00 pm (noon).
All rates are in US dollars per suite/villa per night, inclusive of taxes. For the peak season, a minimum stay of 4 nights is required.
Extra beds are available upon request. The maximum number of beds vary, depending on the room.

In the event of a no-show, the full cost of the stay will be charged.
Breakfast is included for 1 or 2 people in the Yellow or Green rooms, as well as the Khmer House. For the Family Suites (Maison Family Suite and Garden Cottage), breakfast is included for up to 4 people.
It is the official policy of Maison Polanka to prohibit all forms of illicit activities on its premises. In accordance with Cambodian law, the possession, use, or distribution of drugs or any other harmful substances is strictly forbidden and not permitted within the property boundaries.
It is prohibited to smoke in any of the rooms at our establishment. Smoking inside the room poses a significant fire hazard, and as such, any guests caught smoking will be held fully responsible by our insurance. In addition, a fine equal to one night’s accommodation will be charged to allow for the full clean-up and deodorization of the room.
For the comfort and security of all guests, outside visitors are not allowed to remain on the premises after midnight. Any food or beverages brought in from outside are not allowed in the common areas.
To ensure the upkeep and maintenance of our establishment, a deposit may be required at the time of check-in. This deposit is intended to cover any potential damage to property assets and fixtures during the guest’s stay. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided no damage has occurred.

You represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into and abide by the terms of this agreement through your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. You represent and warrant that you will assume full financial responsibility for all reservations made by or on behalf of you, irrespective of whether you have granted authorization for such reservations. You agree to comply with the terms and conditions governing any reservations or services for which fees are charged, including but not limited to payment of all amounts owed under such terms and conditions.
