To secure your reservation, credit card details are required at the time of booking. The following payment policies apply:
Your credit card will be charged 14 days prior to check-in. Once charged, the amount is nonrefundable.
Your credit card will be charged 60 days before arrival. Once charged, the amount is nonrefundable.
A 30% deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining balance is due 90 days before arrival. These payments are non-refundable.

It is the official policy of Maison Polanka to prohibit all forms of illicit activities on its premises. In accordance with Cambodian law, the possession, use, or distribution of drugs or any other harmful substances is strictly forbidden and not permitted within the property boundaries.
It is prohibited to smoke in any of the rooms at our establishment. Smoking inside the room poses a significant fire hazard, and as such, any guests caught smoking will be held fully responsible by our insurance. In addition, a fine equal to one night’s accommodation will be charged to allow for the full clean-up and deodorization of the room.
For the comfort and security of all guests, outside visitors are not allowed to remain on the premises after midnight. Any food or beverages brought in from outside are not allowed in the common areas.
To ensure the upkeep and maintenance of our establishment, a deposit may be required at the time of check-in. This deposit is intended to cover any potential damage to property assets and fixtures during the guest’s stay. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided no damage has occurred.
Your privacy is important to us. The data we obtain from you in connection with your booking and room deposit will be held in absolute confidence. Our goal is to provide you with exceptional service, and we will only use your personal information for this purpose in the following ways:

You represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into and abide by the terms of this agreement through your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. You represent and warrant that you will assume full financial responsibility for all reservations made by or on behalf of you, irrespective of whether you have granted authorization for such reservations. You agree to comply with the terms and conditions governing any reservations or services for which fees are charged, including but not limited to payment of all amounts owed under such terms and conditions.
